Question: Can I do Pranayam while driving?
My teacher: It is better to concentrate on driving rather doing shaving, reading papers or doing yoga.
While doing Pranayamam there is possibility of giddiness. Due to this it is better not to do Pranayama while driving.

Question: Why Ayurveda is not talking about 2% Milk?
Answer: According to my teacher.
Ayurveda always talks about prevention. Anything with limits is good.
Those who practice Yoga and Pranayama can have whole milk and ghee.
We need all nutrients in whole milk and ghee.
Better not to take Curd at night time.
Light break fast (6 AM to 8 AM), Heavy Lunch (12:00 PM) and light dinner (6:00 PM) is good practice.
Lot of information is available in Ayurveda books provided by PYPT.org training camp.
Get them and read for healthy living style according to Ayurveda.

Question: Is Aum(ॐ) belongs to any religion?
Hmm….interesting argument came with one of my friend.
He/She is christian and say that she don’t want to do Aumkaaram.
Then the argument started. Is Aum belongs to any religion?
It is something like Sun belongs to which religion?
Sun is Sun. Even I can say Sun is mine. Moon is yours. Who cares?
The meaning of Aum is God. Christians have different names to God.
All religions are having different names to call God.
Please check this link
Different names of God
Story of Aum
If you call Sun as Nus or Uns or Sun he dont care.
It is same that, we can call God with any name, he dont care. But he responds.
I don’t want to argue too much on this subject.
Moral of the story:
1. Aum is talking about God. Not about any religion.
2. Religion’s can proclaim Aum as their, but they can’t stop other from proclaiming it.
3. This is up to individuals to decide for them self. Not the religion leaders with narrow mindedness to impose on people.

Yoga considers Body, Mind and Spirituality as a whole.
Unlike modern exercises,
1. Yoga is having no side effects.
2. No Machinery required
3. Easy to perform in small place with good ventilation and light
4. Helps in all aspects of life
5. Feels more relaxed after completion.
I neglected Yoga since last few years and started again recently.
