I would like to write about Mind, Body and World relationship.
Mind: Mind is the place, all things will start. Each action, there is reaction. We need to learn when to act, react and no action. These things will come through following steps.
1. Read good books like Bhagavat Geeta, Bible, ..etc and learn what is good and bad.
2. Learn from Role models like Sree Krishna, Sree Rama, Jesus, ..etc
3. Practice one step at a time
4. Never give up doing good things.
5. Never permit / entertain evil thoughts and laziness
6. Control the mind by practicing meditation
As Sree Rama Krishna Paramahamsa told, mind is like drunken monkey, stepped on fire. Always busy in acts, which never help to anybody. Mind power is like nuclear energy. It is powerful and decaying day by day. We need to harness and stream line to get benefit out of it.
Mind is always in any of these states.

Thoughts are flowing through the mind. Vivekananda told that Knowledge is already in this world. We will attain it by meditating. By meditating we will get knowledge through thoughts.
Lalaji and Babuji maharaj suggested that we need to treat thoughts as uninvited guests during meditation. The more we fight, the more they stay in the mind. Dont pay any attention to it.
This is the way in martial arts, fighters will stay away from pain.

Thoughts are always flowing through mind. If you concentrate on good thoughts, you will be happy. If you concentrate on bad thoughts, you will be sad.
Happiness and Sadness both are existed in this mind, body and world. You are chooser, what you want to be.
Body: Body is the vehicle for Mind and Soul. As Vivekananda told, we need strong body and steel nerves.
We need strong body to survive, sustain and service to soul, self and society.
1. Do good exercise / yoga to keep body fit.
2. Eat good and avoid junk food.
3. Provide good rest

World: World is the place which existed in past, present and in future. We can’t change this world. We need to change ourselves.
Don’t worry too much about world. Do our best and the rest will be taken care by creator or nature.
Be good and Do good.
Protect your self from bad people, thoughts and weather.
Struggle to survive.
Practice contentment to avoid fight with world.
My teacher Francis Xavier told us “Knowing is not doing. Doing is doing.“
Om Tat Sat. Amen.
